Eric Graybill is the Controller at 3 Rivers Energy Partners, bringing 15+ years of senior financial leadership across manufacturing, aerospace & defense, real estate, and industrial services. Before joining 3 Rivers, he served as CFO at Dynamic, overseeing multi-facility operations, driving efficiency gains, strengthening FP&A, and guiding the organization through complex market transitions. Earlier, as the first CFO at Hoosier Crane, he built the company’s finance function from the ground up; at Holladay Properties, he led large-scale ERP implementations that unified project accounting and operations.

Known for a collaborative leadership style and deep technical accounting expertise, Eric excels at building scalable systems, optimizing reporting, and aligning finance with organizational strategy. At 3 Rivers Energy Partners, he partners closely with operations and project teams to advance rigorous project accounting, capital planning, risk management, and working-capital performance—supporting the company’s growth in renewable natural gas and regenerative agriculture.
