In her previous role as a paralegal, Tamra has honed her skills in estate planning, contract editing, and client development, providing her with a strong foundation for her current role. Her experience as a legal assistant, managing attorney calendars and court dates, and working closely with clients on scheduling appointments, showcases her exceptional organizational abilities.

Tamra’s experience as a co-owner of the family-owned business, American Timber Bridge & Culvert, Inc., has provided her with invaluable hands-on expertise in managing projects from initial quotation to post-delivery client support. Her diverse responsibilities have included:

• assisting with federal grant programs,
• executing government contracts,
• overseeing bookkeeping, and
• serving as an effective liaison between clients and manufacturers.

Tamra’s dedication to excellence and growth was exemplified by her successful efforts to secure the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification for the company from both the State of Michigan and Indiana Departments of Transportation.
