Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agricultural Product Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality fertilizer products to agricultural clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue and fostering strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in the agricultural sector.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding our fertilizer products.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to represent our company and network with potential clients.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in agricultural sales or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
